Breakfast Naan Pizza

With bacon, avocado, egg, and a naan bread crust, this breakfast pizza is fast and easy to make. It will have you looking forward to getting out of bed in the morning!

Makes 2 naan pizzas

Ingredients

2 pieces Naan bread
1 1/2 tsp. butter, melted
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 eggs
Salt & black pepper
1 small avocado, sliced
1 small tomato, diced
2 chives, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400° F. Line a baking sheet  with parchment paper
  2. Arrange the naan on a baking sheet and brush them with melted butter. Sprinkle evenly with the shredded cheeses and crumbled bacon. Carefully crack one egg into the center of each bread, and season with salt and black pepper.
  3. Transfer the baking sheet to the middle rack of the oven.
  4. Bake the pizzas for 14-16 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden and the egg white is set.
  5. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and transfer the naan pizzas to serving plates.
  6. Arrange an equal amount of avocado slices and diced tomatoes onto each pizza. Sprinkle with minced chives, and season with additional salt and pepper, to taste. Serve immediately.
